How to raise an elephant

Summary: At a nearby game reserve, an orphaned baby elephant has been delivered. The reserve does its best to look after the elephant, but encounters opposition from neighbours. Charlie, the Agency's assistant detective/mechanic, hears that a group of young men are going to dispose of the elephant. Charlie is also juggling his engagement to Queenie Queenie. They say it takes a village to raise a child, but can Mma Ramotswe and the rest of the No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency come together to raise a pipsqueak pachyderm and see an engagement through to its rightful outcome?
