"Darius is excited that his cousin, Ryan, is coming to stay at his house for a weekend in October. The boys were very close when they were younger, but Ryan's family moved from BC's interior to Vancouver years ago and they haven't seen each other since. The visit doesn't get off to the start Darius had anticipated. Ryan has changed. He can't stop talking about how much better the city is than the country, and he seems uninterested and annoyed that he's been "shipped" to his cousin's house.
